Our signature award winning soft cheeses are hand made in small batches on our Farm using fresh milk from our own herd of Friesian cows. Our closed herd system means that we can guarantee the best quality milk goes into our product, we know our cows and we know every blade of fresh grass they eat.
Our cheeses are naturally low in fat and have no additives and preservatives. We source only the best raw ingredient flavours and everything is blended in house in our purpose-built farmyard production kitchen. We pack each tub by hand before packing them into the car for morning delivers.
